Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir very well and add water until you reach a consistent dough (it shouldn’t be thick)
Bring the dough onto parchment paper. Slice it into equal(ish) squares. I used a sharp knife. Dip the knife is water evertyime to prevent sticking. Transfer the the sheet onto a cookie pan (oiling the pan is not necessary)
Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave them inside the oven for up to 30 minutes. The crackers will dry out and become crispy.
