Hey guys!

I made these super amazing skinny low carb brownies that I can’t wait to share with you.

The ingredients are super nutritious so they are the perfect family holiday treat.

I want to jump straight to the recipe! I always keep my recipe posts short and to the point 🙂

Skinny low Carb brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 unsweetened coco
  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cream cheese
  • 1/4 stevia / xylitol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 half sweetened chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt.

Instructions

  1. I preheated the oven at 350 degrees.
  2. I used a glass dish that I oiled and sprinkled with some brown rice flour - about 1/4 tsp (you can use any flour you have for this specific step)
  3. Bake for 18 minutes
  4. Once baked (poke it with a knife to make sure the inside is dry), let it sit for few minutes to cool down.
  5. Enjoy!

    Sounds deliciously yummy! Can’t wait to try this with walnuts and maybe substitute my butter with avocado butter 🙂 thanks Sofia!

      Yay so glad you liked it. BTW, I ate half of it on the same day..it’s soo yummy..and, avocado butter? that sounds soo yummy. How do you make that??
