You may have seen tons of spinach omelettes prior to this one and you may be like, what’s new about this one?
Well, it’s simply the B.E.S.T.
The secret?: the sea salt, and the butter. It seriously makes a huge difference. The other thing that is also amazing about it, is that you can make it in literally 5 minutes or less.
No excuses not to eat healthy 😉
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of spinach
- Sea salt
- Grass fed butter
- Olive oil
- Cheese (optional)
- Chop the spinach and cook in a heated pan with the butter for . You can also use olive oil.
- After about 30 seconds, add the eggs and the salt and mix everything in.
- Give it about 1-2 minutes to fully cook and add your choice of cheese on top.
- Serve with fresh buttered toast
